LTEN members and L&D professionals from around the world shared their experiences and perspectives on learning evaluation in this year's GROWLE study – Global Research on Workplace Learning Evaluation. There's good news: lots of organizations are getting significant benefits from learning evaluation. But there's bad news too. A striking 68% of us are unhappy with the evaluation we're able to do. With our most common approach — learner surveys — only 19% of organizations feel their surveys are "very effective," and 54% are using problematic survey approaches.
