Hello LTEN community, and happy July! Just a few weeks ago, many of us gathered in Florida for an unforgettable week at the 2026 LTEN Annual Conference. Now that we’ve had a little time to catch our breath, I hope you’re still reflecting on the conversations, ideas and inspiration that made this year’s event so special.
From the energy in our workshops to the connections happening in hallways, lounges and over coffee, this community once again showed what makes LTEN so unique. Our workshops, led by your peers and fellow industry professionals, challenged us to think differently, share openly and elevate the impact of learning in our organizations. Our keynote speakers reminded us not only to strive for excellence, but to sustain it through curiosity, resilience, innovation and intentional leadership.
The real question now is: What happens next?
Turning Ideas Into Action
What workshop takeaway are you already putting into practice? How has your mindset shifted? What conversation changed the way you approach your work, your learners or your leadership?
Conference learning is powerful, but the real impact happens when we bring those ideas home and turn inspiration into action. Whether it’s a new strategy, a fresh perspective or simply a renewed sense of purpose, I encourage you to keep building on what you learned in June.
Moments That Matter
Of course, the week wasn’t only about education. It was also about community and connection.
Our charity event & networking reception was a meaningful reminder of the generosity and heart within the LTEN community. Together, we raised $2,400 in support of Ronald McDonald House Charities and assembled more than 250 snack bags, helping families who need comfort and care during difficult times.
Thanks to the LTEN Charity Committee for pulling everything together and a big thank you to everyone who donated, participated, bid in the silent auction or simply showed up ready to give back.
And then there was the Awards Gala, truly one of the most beautiful evenings we’ve shared together. Seeing the room filled with bright white attire, celebration, laughter and recognition of excellence across our industry was something special. You all absolutely understood the assignment and looked incredible doing it.
